Payment for all pre-order items is taken in full at the time of purchase. This secures your item ahead of general availability.

Shipping Notification:

Estimated Delivery Timelines:

Right to Cancel:
You have the right to cancel your pre-order at any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, our standard returns policy applies. If you change your mind, UK customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Product Availability:
In the rare case we are unable to fulfil your pre-order (e.g. due to stock limitations or supplier issues), a full refund will be issued.

International Delivery Policy

Refusal to Pay Customs Charges:
