What Payment methods do you accept?
We accept Debit, Switch, Solo, Mastercard, Visa Cards and Paypal.
Is your website Safe?
It's our top priority to ensure that our customers' transaction data is kept secure at all times, which is why we use Sagepay who comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
Do you ship to BFPO addresses?
Yes we do please use Royal Mail delivery options at checkout.
Can you ship to an alternative address?
Yes at checkout you will have the option of changing the delivery address. Please make sure this is done before the order is placed as we will not be able to amend the order once payment is received.
What size should I choose?
Each product will have have a size chart which should be a good guide. Please note every costume is different and we are unable to guarantee exact measurements.
How do I clean my costume?
We recommend all costumes are dry cleaned or are gently hand washed.
Do all prices include VAT?
Yes all prices where applicable include VAT at 20%
Can I cancel or change my order?
All orders prior to payment can be cancelled and will not be posted until payment received. We offer a quick turn around in order to get you your costume fast, therefore once an item is paid for we are unable to change, add or cancel an order once payment has been received. If you have placed an order and no longer want the costume you can refuse delivery, or return the costume back to us for a refund subject to our returns policy
When do you dispatch our items once paid?
All items paid before 4pm will be dispatched the same working day Monday - Friday.
How soon will I receive my items?
Here at Mega Fancy Dress we aim to get your goods delivered to you Mega Fast! Most of our customers do receive their items the next working day when they choose 1st class postage however this is not guaranteed unless you opt for next day delivery at checkout. 1st class post generally takes 1-2 working days and 2nd class post generally takes 2-4 working days.
I need my costume tomorrow, help?
All our costumes are instock and ready to post. To guarantee your item the next working day please pay before 2pm and opt for next day delivery.
Which delivery company do you use?
For standard items we use Royal Mail and for larger items we tend to use UPS.
How do I know if my item has been sent?
Customers will automatically receive an e-mail confirming dispatch.
I missed my delivery and now my items are on their way back to you?
If any item is returned back to us after attempted delivery then we reserve the right to charge a repostage fee or a refund subject to our returns policy.
I need my item on a next day Saturday service?
Please choose the Saturday Delivery at checkout before 4PM on a Friday.
